The days have been really pleasant lately which means we have been stretching back outside again...... creating our piles of outdoor goodness.
Even the birds have been enjoying the warm change and our bird watching has been kicked into hyper drive. I have even joined this fantastic new Flicker group to encourage myself to capture some our wild neighbours.
A couple of months back a scattered a packet of Italian Parsley Seeds wildly across the herb garden thinking "lets see what happens....".
WOW it really happened....
So did the mint....
I can never seem to kill mint.... no matter how many times I send it into hibernation.... a good watering and its right back on track!! This bunch used to leave about 10" to the left..... till I shocked it into hibernation!
And my boys have been doing some stretching out of there own.....
Making dad proud.

Mint is amazing! I never kill it either. In fact, I usually plant it in a pot to stop it completely spreading ALL over the garden :)
